How to make an account on the MySSI app
Step 1: Download and sign up on the MySSI app
- Download the “MySSI” app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and tap the red “Login” button, then the “Sign Up” bar at the bottom.
- Enter your first name, last name, email address, and birth date, then tap “Save”.
Step 2: Associate with a training center
- Tap “Training Center” to open a map or list
- Tap a red marker on the map to show the diving center or click on the list and type the dive center name “Phi Phi Cabana Diving” in the search bar and select it to associate with your account.
- Choose your language and country and tap “Save”.
- Read the privacy declaration, check the box, and tap “Sign Up”
Step 3: Complete your profile on the app and website
- Log in to the app using the email and password SSI sent you after you signed up.
- Tap the three stacked bars to open the side menu, then tap the silhouette with a gear icon to access your profile.
- Tap “Edit” to add information such as your address, phone number, and a profile picture. Make sure your name, birth date, email, and country are correct.
- Tap “Save” to complete the setup.
- For full functionality, you may also need to visit the SSI website to complete your profile with your address and a profile image if you haven’t already.
- TIP: For a minor, the parent or guardian needs to make an account
